“Magic Moment Ocean Experience  “  has a qualified skipper and a  very competent   all round sport  angler since 1982 off the  coast of Zululand , from Tugela mouth as far as Cape Vidal  in the north . He has been skipping a boat off Richardsbay since 1987 and am very familiar with this area .

   We currently offer deep-sea  charter fishing excursions off Richardsbay , both bottom and bill/game fishing trips . In winter ,  when our large Dagga Salmon arrive , we do overnight trips out to sea in pursuit of these lovely fish .

We do not boat bill fish , and adhere to all fishing regulations and laws . We support conservation by sticking to daily bag limits and minimum sizes  .

  The Boat  is a 8.9 metre mono hull Draco design , and is registerd for 40 nautical miles off shore . It is powered by 2x 2.5 litre Iveco Diesel inboard motors  .  The boat sports a Fighting chair as well as all the fishing equipment you will need for the different types of fishing ,I.E.  and has 2x80 Penns on Fenwicks , 2x50s  and 4 Daiwa s for   smaller game fish .

 There are 8 bottom fishing rods with reels and all the tackle and equipment you will need for a days fishing . A valid fishing licence is required by law .
